While on assignment in Japan in 2012 i uncovered this counterculture movement. It was a moment of finding snowboarding kinfolk and it quickly evolved into a project that continues to spread this story year round.
Together with likeminded creatives that shared a concept driven, energetic and less-is-more outlook on snowboarding we created a complete brand identity. We aimed to give back a do-it-yourself attitude to our beloved snowboarding.
Moss Snowstick is now sold worldwide and has had a deep influence on mainstream snowboard culture in the past years.
